Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or using the milion88 platform. By creating an account or accessing any milion88 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one milion88 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. milion88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings without notice.
Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, use of software exploits, or any behaviour intended to gain an unfair advantage. milion88 employs detection systems and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is identified.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. milion88 may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. milion88 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain credential security.
milion88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or registered email. Continued use of milion88 services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and milion88 ("milion88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the milion88 platform, website, and all related services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.1 Age Requirement. If it is determined that a User is under 21, milion88 will immediately suspend the account, void all transactions, and return any deposited funds where legally required.

2.3 Account Registration. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) milion88 account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. milion88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with such accounts.
2.5 KYC Verification. milion88 may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process prior to processing withdrawals or at any time during the account lifecycle. Required documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identification (NRIC for Malaysian citizens), proof of residential address, and verification of payment methods used.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milion88 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. milion88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your milion88 account, including all bets, deposits, and withdrawals. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify milion88 support immediately via live chat or email.
3.3 Account Dormancy. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. milion88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, as notified to Users.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting milion88 support. milion88 reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit suspicious activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. milion88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited into your milion88 account must originate from a payment account registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. milion88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of fund sources.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the milion88 cashier at the time of transaction. milion88 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day where requests are submitted before the daily cut-off time. Non-verified accounts are subject to additional processing time pending document review. milion88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. milion88 may withhold or delay withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a suspicious transaction alert has been triggered; (c) active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements are applied to the account; or (d) milion88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the milion88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
5.1 milion88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute at a lower rate. The applicable contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. milion88 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, employing low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. milion88 reserves the right to withhold bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
5.5 milion88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice, and to determine in its sole discretion whether a User is eligible for any specific offer.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. milion88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where real-time data was unavailable), bets placed following obvious pricing errors, or bets that appear to have been placed with the benefit of insider information.
6.2 Result Disputes. All game and sporting event results are determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer protocol, or official event governing body. milion88's determination of results is final. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event via support channels.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer session or game round, milion88 will endeavour to resolve the issue and honour completed bets. Where a round cannot be completed, bets will be returned. milion88 is not liable for losses attributable to User's internet connection failures.
6.4 Live Casino Rules. Game-specific rules for all live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and others) are published within each game interface. By participating, Users confirm understanding of the applicable rules.
6.5 Sports Betting. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the rules published on the milion88 Sportsbook page and applicable sport-specific rules. In-play bets are accepted in real time and may be suspended at any time during an event without notice.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milion88 Platform:

8.2 milion88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for a defined period); and (e) permanent self-exclusion.
8.3 To activate any responsible gaming tool, access the Account Settings section of your milion88 dashboard or contact support via live chat. Cooling-off and self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission.
8.4 Users who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register or access milion88 services during their exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. milion88 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access by self-excluded Users but does not guarantee absolute prevention.

9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of any Platform content.
9.3 The milion88 name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used by any third party without prior written consent from milion88.

11.2 milion88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 milion88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their device is adequately protected.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the milion88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and milion88, you are encouraged to contact milion88 support in the first instance to seek resolution. milion88 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving formal written notice.
12.3 milion88's decision on all matters relating to these Terms, game results, bonus eligibility, and account conduct shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined above.
13.1 milion88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this document.
13.2 Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
13.3 Your continued use of the milion88 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
